We have a range of unique services designed to make it as easy for you and guests to use our registry as possible.
• Email Registry Notice – Use our e-notification system to let your guests know where you are registered. You can input the names and addresses in our system and we will send out an announcement email from Double Happiness. Its a more indirect and subtle way of letting your friends and family know about your registry.
• RSVP system - Our on-line event RSVP system can make event planning a breeze! You can simply print the URL given to you on your registry summary page on your invitation and your guests can RSVP to your event using our website.
Its also a low-key way to let your guests know about the registry, as by logging onto the RSVP system guests will also already be in your registry. Or you can choose to email an event invitaion using our Event RSVP service.
• Purchases Summary - All purchased gifts to date are summarized for you in the “Purchases Summary” section of your registry. You can download it all into an excel file showing all the gift giver’s details to make it easy to send out your "Thank You" cards.
• Partial Contribution - Our partial contribution option lets several guests jointly contribute to the cost of gifts over $2,000 HKD. If the full amount hasn’t been reached by your guests by the time your event comes around, you’ll have the option to (1) continue to wait for other guests to make up the balance (2) make up the difference yourself, or (3) choose another item from the same merchant in the amount that you have received, or (4) choose to receive the cash for the item instead (less our administration fee of 10%.)
• Hold Gift Option- on each gift item, you have the option to HOLD a gift. This means that we will not process the order with the merchant until you UNhold it. You may choose the HOLD option if you are listing items that are part of a set to make sure you receive most of the items before confirming, or for a gift that you aren’t really sure about yet.
• Direct link to your registry webpage - Guests can find your your registry by entering your name on our homepage, or by simply linking to the URL shown on your registry summary page after registering.
