OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
(1) For regular stocked items:
Before delivery of a gift, the registrant may opt to choose another item from the same merchant or a gift certificate issued from the same merchant in the amount of the purchased gift.
(2) On custom order/indent items:
Once an order has been placed with the merchant for a custom order or indent gift item, the gift shall not be returnable or exchangeable, except in extraordinary circumstances if agreed to by the merchant.
(3) Gifts which have arrived defective or broken upon delivery shall be replaced by the merchant.
(4) Once a gift item has been sent to the merchant for processing, there shall be no cash refund, unless as outlined in the specific circumstances above.
(5) Our return and exchange policy shall supercede all partner merchant's return and exchange policies, until after delivery of the gift has been made.
(6) Once a gift has been delivered to the registrant, all matters pertaining to exchanges, warranties, defects and replacements on products shall be settled between the registrant and the merchant directly, according to the merchant's own such policies.
